I am so sorry that this terrible thing happened to you. It breaks my heart to hear about what happened to Dream (cute name by the way). If you do decide to get another puppy ask people hear about a good reputable breeder, that way you will know you are getting a happy healthy dog. Again, I am so sorry for your loss
