Please, please don't feed him any of these things!!
They're way too high in fat for a little yorkie, and can trigger pancreatitis. This is probably why he's not eating. And he may be shaking from pain if it's pancreatitis.
Be sure to tell the vet everything you have fed him, and question him on fatty foods, pancreatitis and liver shunt. Please update us on what the doctor says. Good luck to you and Caddy.
