Now I'm a breeder so, I'll say this with tongue in cheek. If I can handle 5 puppies, their mothers and my other yorkies. You can handle post op Toby and a new pup. Toby's post op will probably only keep him down for a couple of weeks. If you don't get the pup, you'll probably kick yourself later.
