if you have windows, you should be able to edit the size of your picture with the program that's in your computer. Click on the picture and hit edit. Once you have this page, go to resize/compress. I can't remember the size of the bytes allowed, but I think it might be 175 or 200. You can choose the option of "Web large" and that will do it for you automatically. Hope this makes sense. Also, there is a sticky on how to post pictures that may be more helpful than how I'm explaining it.
