Last summer I asked for a DNA test for my only birthday present. (For Vivi, our gal who came off the streets of Covington, Ky., and we could not find her owner.)

Anyway, I thought she would have a little Chihuahua in her mix, so I was a little surprised by the DNA results.

Her DNA says she is part Miniature Pinscher (no surprise), with no Chihuahua, and even has some Australian Terrier (Aussie) in the mix. (Now that surprised me.

)

From reading threads on YT, I do realize these tests can be unreliable, but we did it for fun. Whatever her mix, she is much loved.
