The first thing I recommend is to have your pup evaluated by a judge or an experienced exhibitor.

Is that your lil guy in your Avitar....if so, you need to work on getting his ears up.

What kind of puppy training do you have him enrolled in? Training a show dog is much different than puppy obedience training....several things that are taught there that can work against you in the show ring. If you can find some conformation classes that both of you can attend.
