I have a boy and girl Yorkie. Buster will be two next month and he will hump Maggie, who is one, when I put her harness and leash on her when we are going out for a walk. He will also hump her when they are both in the car seat when we are in the car. He was neutered at 6 months or less, same thing for Maggie. I don't know what the harness and leash have to do with it, maybe because she can't run as fast??? I tell him NO, I don't want him humping her, I have heard it's not a sexual thing but a sign of dominance which is funny as I think she is the dominant one.
