I got a make yorkie and when he was 2 I added a female who was his full sister... he had no idea, I can guarantee that... he hated her and wanted her GONE... he has come to accept she isnt going anywhere,
but NO he doesnt know he is related to her. He likes his poodle "sisters" much better.
