I brought Bailey home at 9 weeks, and he wasn`t even a pound, he started humping a toy that very day he arrived
I even posted about it, but was told he was just showing dominace over the toy
He was neutered on Oct 9th, and I haven`t seen him hump anything in at least 2 weeks, it always made me chuckle though
