I have been wondering if a dog can sniff out it's relatives and know that a dog is his sibling and remember his parents.

I got my dog Rocky from a breeder who has both the mom and the dad. I am planning on getting a little sister for Rocky from his same Mom and Dad. I hope that he will be able to tell this is his sister and this will help him accept a new puppy in our home.

Any thoughts on this or experience with this?
