How old is your dog? Dogs sometimes get tummy aches and will throw up and get diarrhea. Most of the time the problem will correct itself but sometimes they do need medicine. I would give him a little corn syrup in water to help settle his stomach. If he gets loose stools you can give him a teaspoon of canned pure pumpkin a couple times a day.
