There are vets that do not accept vaccination records and re-vaccinate do so for the primary reason of revenue. The only required vaccination is rabie vaccine, which breeders are not allowed to give.

Three weeks is way too young to begin the vaccination process.....even instructions from the manufactorer states to begin at 6 weeks, which suppresses mother's immunities.
While I don't give the shots myself I do "not" see anything wrong with the breeders giving their own shots. I'm a chicken to do it is why I don't AND I don't breed enough to do it myself. If I am ever in the position to get over my fear I will start giving my own shots as well.
