I'm not asking for a detailed history of her problems. It just seems to me that a reputable business person would want to personally make her customers aware of any problems or delays - and not go on ignoring their attempts to communicate with her. I'm not trying to be negative, or cause an argument. And, since I haven't placed an order with Adrianna in a long, long time I will bow out of this discussion.
