I would try to speak to the vet about the money and the condition of the dogs in person. It is very possible for a dog to get kennel cough, even if they have been vaccinated. My dogs get real jumpy about their heads if they have an ear infection or something similar. The dogs should be checked out for any health issues. I really hope they settle back in quickly and feel better soon! I feel bad for them.
