sorry to hear about your experience; first please don't pay them any additional money; second please find a vet asap to check up on your dog; it seems that something is wrong; trust your instinct. i would take her today to any other vet to see if something is wrong. maybe she has kennel cough by staying with other dogs there; and it seems like she has been abused; if she's acting afraid and squelling and in pain. good luck
