Hi! Welcome to YT. Tummy rumbles can be a bit worrisome. Gracie Ruth seems to have tummy issues more then my other two. You're wise to just keep an eye on her. I'd rather error on the side of caution as these little ones can get sick really fast. You don't say how old Katie is, but when G was a pup I'd could sometimes bring her some relief by gently stroking her tummy with a warm wash cloth, from front to back. It seemed to help "move things along" and even if it didn't really do anything, she liked it so that was reason enough for me to do it.
