How old are they and how long have they been together? I have a 7 yr old female bought a male puppy a year ago, he is now 16 months and they get along great now. It took about 3 days for my oldest to accept the puppy. I had to watch them very carefully in the beginning and even after they seemed to start getting along I still watched them closely for a couple more weeks.
