I have two pups around most days, I put the potty pad in their favorite spot, take them out every hour, and put pants on them if I suspect they are going to miss (Luna has a UTI). It is like puppy boot camp here, daily groomings, hourly potty breaks, lots of feet, mouth, and ear handling, and frequent training (back, sit, leave it, etc). We still have accidents, but I think they are getting it.
