Hi... thank you...actually I know it's her knees because when her knees hurt her, she goes down on her front legs and sticks her butt up in the air...she does this to help get some of her weight off of her back legs/knees. She has done this for a very long time now, so I just know it's her little knees
Also, she is laying in a weird position...it's almost like she doesn't want to "lay" on her back legs when she lays down because they hurt. I'm almost positive the diarrhea and vomiting is a result of her being in pain...she is shaking as well, which is also a sign of pain
