I just got my puppy Lilee two weeks ago. I also have a fully trained 2 year old Cocker girl. This has made the adjustment for Lilee easier as she follows Cocoa's lead. I am using the potty pads and Lilee has caught on quickly
If she poops in the house I pick it up and put it on the pad where I want her to go, and if I catch her in the act
I take her over to the pad.
I also have an ex-pen for times that I can't watch her (cooking, showering, etc) other than that, we all help out with watching her so she learns the rules of the house and can eventually have free reign
