I'm so glad Bijou is o.k., and, totally, understand what you were feeling, as I did the same thing "ONCE", and only once...Fortunately, for me, it was during the day, so I could see her, and was able to chase her down...Now I tell myself, if I'm touching the backyard gate, then Apple must be in the house...I actually had a cute little gate installed on my front porch, so that when I come in the front door, if miss speedy gonzales runs out on the porch, there is a gate to stop her...Cost me $100 to have someone do it for me, and worth every single penny...It's cute too
