Oh the poor little thing, she is dealing with the loss of her litter too I bet. And being in a new place. Then night time comes and she knows it is dark quiet and lonely if she is awake and you are sleeping.
If she is on a flea and mite med then I doubt it is that. Could be the physical changes her body is going through I guess. I know nothing of what comes after a mother weans her pups, maybe one of the breeders here can give more light to that thought.
I would give it some time, be really patient and give her tonnes of love. She is precious.
