Or maybe she could email them and ask if she can send the bows back and get a replacement of ones that has a bigger area in between the 'snaps' to fit her doggies hairs, instead of having to just buy more + possibly pay more for custom. This way she might just owe any extra custom price, if custom ones have a different price.
