Thats horrible. I know how you feel because that happened to my little Annabelle once. I was so mad. I got a similar story. My husband was upset too. He went right over and demanded our money back which we did end up getting. Don't go back there. If she cared, she would have at least had you back to try and fix things.
I just brought my two new Yorkie pups home yesterday. I'm going to give it a shot at doing the grooming myself. Maybe that would be worth a try for you?
