Hi...well the face is a Yorkie..but with the colouring I too am thinking Cairn Terrier as well...
Were you sold it as a thoroughbred Yorkie...and did you get papers to say that he etc.? Is he registered as pure Yorkie.?
He does look lovely though..but if you can get proof..then you should take it further. There are too many crosses now..and its o unfair to say its all Yorkie if it is not...i.e. you probably paid for a Yorkie as well..
