she is soo adorable. Is she just scratching in the collar region? Maggie still does that occasionally. They have a hard time getting use to the collar. If it is somewhere else though, I agree with Villette. You should check her and if you aren't exactly sure how.. ask your vet. If you let them go too long with fleas they'll get really dry skin and a bald spot from scratchign and biting..it's so sad
My 80lb dog had this problem and my dad refused to believe me that he had fleas. Poor guy is allergic to them too.. so he had issues
He's ok now though.
