Yep, I would call about thirty minutes early from the time they normally let him out and say there is a strange dog roaming in my yard. That way animal control can pick his nasty butt up. Sorry but it's not his fault totally, but he is now nasty just like his nasty owners, because they have allowed this nasty behavior to become a nasty habit
