Wow!! That's awful!! Nothing urks me more than people that don't pick up after their dogs!! The big dogs are even worst.....I mean they watch their dog poop(enough to fill your shovel, no doubt)and just walk away from it! I can only imagine how you feel with them letting the dog relieve itself in your yard! I would do the same as you done!!
Makes me wonder what the home is like inside ??!!
