How do you celebrate your yorkiebaby(s) birthdays? We have well over a month till party time but I am a planner!!!!!!!

Also my Austin needs a cake, for those of you who had cakes did you make them yourself or did you find a local bakery that did it for you? I found a site on line that makes them and ships them to you. But I am not sure about that.
