Both of the Hartz shampoos I've noticed I have to use soooo much of it in order to get a good lather up, so that's why I'm buying it so often. The Biogroom Tearless seems to be alot more cost saving as you mix it 4 parts to one. I can't wait to get the samples. For those of you who use Biogroom, how does it smell? |

I always use the Biogroom cream rinse/conditioner because Joey's breeder said this protects the skin as well, and it's easier to prevent skin problems than cure them. Anyway because I use this, it's what I smell no matter what shampoo I use. It smells really good, I think of it like I would a baby scent, but I hesitate to say that because some of those baby powder scents smell awful. I use to use Hartz as well, as it was the only shampoo years ago, and I remember it be very watered down, but if you have a short coated dog I think it would be adequate. Most short coated dogs hair falls out within a year, but a Yorkies hair continues to grow for years, so that why using a quality shampoo is beneficial.
