 I know this is taking a turn in the other direction but...
My Jonah is a little piggy too so I take total advantage of it. I just take out his favorite foods and teach him tricks with it....maybe you can use it to your advantage and teach him some fun tricks. My DH taught Jonah to fall over after he shoots him...solely because of his food obsession...
