Why is she on this instead of an NSAID? She doesn't have liver or kidney problems, right? This may not work well fo rher and she is probably walking around like that because of pain. Ellie was on this drug after spay (because she can't go on NSAIDS) and cried quite a bit. It is not usually the first choice and her vet would have rather seen her on an NSAID.
Urination can be a bit funny after spay and UTIs are even possible. If you are concerned that she has lost all control or there is something really wrong, it would not hurt to call the vet.
