RR works very quick, since day 1 in my opinion. I had to stop using it cause it upsetted my girls stomach (it has a lot of alcohol), and was giving her gastritis.
I would not use it permanently because of that, actually i would only use it if the risk/benefit relation weights significantly to the benefit side.
