I have asked her three times now for the wedding info reminding her that her wedding isn't the only thing we have going on that we need time to plan and budget.

I know what you mean. I have a "friend" that always invites me to her bday parites, but never comes to mine, so I've stopped inviting her. She never calls, only sends texts. I haven't talked ot texted w/ her in months, and all of a sudden texts me to come visit her in San Francisco!
