It's funny how many "experts" there are on Yorkie sizes. Just today my 7.5 month old girl went to the groomer's. Afterwards I saw a co-worker who asked me what kind of dog she is. When I said she is a Yorkie, she said she is a lot bigger than her Josie who is 2 years old. She said Josie weighs about 2.5 lbs. and my Abby weighs 7-8 lbs. now. I felt like we were back in high school and she was one of the mean girls and I was a nerd or something! Then she said that Josie was a different color too (I wanted to tell her that Abby is black and tan which is an acceptable color for Yorkies). |
