You have to remember that these would just be averages, when computing averages there is always a standard deviation away from the average. My guess would be the standard deviation would be about a pound, so you could say the charts are accurate, plus or minus a pound, there were still be some dogs who are outside of this realm. A rule of thumb is don't buy any really expensive clothes until after a year!
