thank you all so much for all the help. It has given me a peace of mind, when I needed it the most. Izzy is doing much better, he is taking the Pedialyte. Drinking plenty of water and has even tried to play with his roomie, Mokka, a 6lb Pomchi. I had to end the playing just until he is strong enough with food in his tummy. I am going to be giving him baby food version of Chicken and Rice. I probably shouldve mentioned that Izzy was given a couple injections yesterday. One was to stop the vomiting, the other was to help heal the inflammation in his throat from vomiting. Poor lil boy, that made me feel guilty. Then they sent me home with meds for the diarrhea. Which worked. I know they ran some blood work too, to check his white T cells? But it showed those were pretty normal. Thank goodness b/c once I heard T cells, all I could think of was cancer. After watching a loved one die last week from cancer, I started bawling in the patient room. Poor Izzy, just tilted his little sweet face and tried to make me feel better. God bless him..I only hope he knows how much he has changed my world. anyways, once again babbling...lol. Just wanted to give you an update and say thank you everyone. |
