I actually think that when it comes to biting you specifically, the best thing you can do is to withdraw your attention. Put the puppy down on the floor and give her a chew toy. Ignore her, even if she barks, until she is calmer.

She sounds very bright, so I think she will catch onto the idea that petting and playing only take place when she keeps her mouth to herself eventually.
