I'm sorry to hear about your dog as well. The Vet called it an ulcer. Somehow or another the issue is the same with us. I do protect his eyes when we bathe but somehow the soap got into his eye as well which caused it he told me. I feel so bad, and at times depressed about it He told me not to take the cone off for no reasons at all. It took two folks to get it on him. He is adjusting with it, just issues scratchine of which I am doing it for him at times.
