Default When good groomers go bad

I took Capone to the groomer yesterday, which was his 1st birthday and I wanted him to look cute and take pictures of him. I take him to this new groomer I've been using and she normally does a really good job. I don't know if she was over booked and rushed him or what because he looks awful What should I do? When I picked him up I was in a rush because she had him all day and I didn't have time to inspect him. I told her scissored all over like usual, but this time he has short spots and long spots and definitely does not look like he just came from the groomer. What should I do? I don't want to pay another $40 for someone else to fix it. She normally does a good job, should I find another groomer?
