You can attach them to your post. I'll try to explain briefly, you can find detailed instructions in the FAQ section of this site.
When the message window is open, look at the paperclip icon located at the top of the window (it is next to the happy face). When you click on the paperclip icon a window will pop open asking you to choose the files you would like to post. It is just like using attachments in your email.
