Before my youngest daughters wedding me & one of her brides maids did LA Weight Loss and both did great! Yes, it was expensive but, we found ways around that and bought their cookbook and their recipes were unbelievably easy and pretty easy cuisines...nothing to fancy!
Unfortunately, in CA (not sure about other states) LAWL went out of business and filed for bankruptcy...so, lucky for me...I got what I needed out of them and was done by the time they went under for good.
