you can use the fingerbrush; also i read some people use a piece of gauze to brush the teeth; your dog won't bite you, at least i dont think
i use the bluto's yummy solution on a qtip and then slide it to the sides of her gum and teeth; she will open her mouth automatically; if u keep trying eventually you will find the trick and they will get used to it; good luck
