i agree with that; Nutro is not such a great food; read and research the ingredients.
as for the calming down; i think it's normal for a puppy to be that way; but you can use some homeopet anxiety drops or sleepytime tonic; it's all natural and made from herbs and it will calm down the puppy a bit. good luck
