I'm so sorry for you and Cujo!! My Buster is going to need the surgery for his luxating patella soon. I am dreading it. He loves to go for his walk every day, and that little guy can do some serious walking! I work and won't be able to stay home with him. In January my spouse will retire and he will be home so maybe I can put it off until then. Post again with an update on how he's doing. If you find anything that seems to help him, please pass it along. Buster isn't a crate puppy either. He wants to follow me all over the house and that won't be possible when he has the surgery. I don't know what I'm going to do. I love him so much and can't stand to see him unhappy.
