yes, i have. Last year my friend and i ordered a ton of stuff from elf. For the price, i think the quality is ok.... but please be careful..... my friend used their eyelash curler and it ripped out all of her eyelashes out!!! the handle on it is kinda of weird and while she was curling her lashes, the handle slipped out of her hand with the curler still closed!!!!!!!
(OUCH!!!) It ripped out all her eyelashes and it took a very long time for them to grow back lol.... Other than the curler, their other products seem ok
