I am not really sure but I would be a little concerned. She may have some retained afterbirth. Please do get her checked and let us know how she is doing. How big is Angel? She has a lot of puppies to feed so make sure she is getting a calcium supplement and lots of food. She will need to eat about 4 times a day and make sure she gets something to eat right before bedtime. The pups can really drain them when they are nursing all night.
