I feed Innova Puppy and my two LOVE it. It is an ALS (all life stages) formula so they can eat it on into adult hood. When I was looking for a food, I spoke with a rep at Solid Gold and they told me their Wee Bits formula says "adult maintence" but is an ALS formula also and they will begin to market it as ALS very soon. So, if you are feeding that formula, you can feed it to both. That was important for me as well - I have 11 month and 9 week old pups. They eat from the same bowl so I needed something they could both eat at the same time.

I'm not sure what claims Royal Canin makes regarding the dental benefits of their teeth but I do know that any kibble is better than wet food. There are also tons of dental treats out there, too.
