We got Bandit without doing enough research and it was more than I bargained for. I would never change i thing now, but it was a lot more work than we both anticipated, and I never expected it taking a year to potty train him! I imagine with a toddler it would be extremely difficult to train and potty train your dog. I would just make sure you have enough time (and your hubby has enough patience.... (Bandit's accidents were the cause of many fights
) I love Bandit and now Nala too, and they are great additions to our family
