aww your such and angle thats good that you took em' in and i really dont know how to calm the barking but my boyfriends tells my lil puppy to hush or shhh's her and she just looks at him like he is crazy and goes on with her barking =] she is to cute i cant resist getting mad at her for anything... hopefully your dog will learn and it would be quieter =] good luck
